To ensure the health of your pet and all others in our facility, we require all pets to be current with vaccinations. This includes DHLP, Parvo, Rabies, & *Bordetella for all dogs. Current vaccines are the policy of this facility and are required by the state to maintain a kennel license. Proof of your pet's vaccination information will be required when you schedule your pet's boarding or grooming appointment.
*Bordetella vaccinations are needed every six (6) months.
Check In & Check Out Information
All pets will be examined for fleas, ticks and pre-existing physical conditions at the time of admission. Any pet with fleas will be dipped ($25) at owner's expense for the protection of all of our boarding guests. We recommend that you speak with your pet's veterinarian for information on anti-flea products.
During our "closed" weekend hours all boarding dogs are still being attended to.
If a departure bath is requested (at additional charge) it will be given on the day of departure or on Saturday for pets being picked-up on Sunday.
Our boarding rates are charged per night.
Check Out Time:
5:00 pm Monday-Friday, 12:00 pm on Saturday and 10:00 am on Sunday
Any guests staying past check-out time may be charged for an additional night.
We have Sunday morning owner pick-up and drop-off from 8:00 am - 10:00 am only. This is a convenience for clients who are unable to pick-up or drop-off on Monday. We do not offer ABTC Kennels pick-up or drop-offs on Sundays.
Small items brought from home (small blankets, toys, towels, etc.) will contain your household and personal smells and may make your pet feel more comfortable away from home. All items must be clearly identified.
We are not responsible for any items that are lost or chewed during your pet's stay.
Please bring your pet’s food from home, stored in a plastic container with a lid or in plastic zip-top bags. Please mark all containers with your last name and your pet's name. An additional fee of $0.50 per feeding will be charged if you do not provide food for your dog.
We prefer that no glass, ceramic or breakable items to be brought in with your pet.
If it is necessary to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may accommodate another pet owner. If it is necessary to change or cancel your reservation, a 2 day advance notice is required for a refund of your 50% deposit.
A deposit of 50% of the stay is required for all stays during major holidays. If it is necessary to change or cancel your reservation, a 10 day advance notice is required for a refund of your deposit.
